Only had one experience and it was impressively bad. We hired a babysitter and the job was confirmed and then paid for. Day of, we tried to reach out but it said we couldn't message her. Unsurprisingly, the sitter didn't show or call. When I tried to check the sitter's account, there was another error. It honestly looked like our sitter's account was closed or shut down, but did not notify us or providing a refund. Customer support was unhelpful and rude. Absolutely do not recommend.

The app does pretty much everything I need it to, but it is annoyingly inefficient. It takes forever to move between screens or to load any information, to a point where I avoid a lot of communication or move it out of the app as quickly as possible. I'm pretty sure no one who is working on the product is actually using it themselves.

I just wish this app would simply function correctly on a premium, currently updated, troubleshot device. This isn't the place for the "oh gee, you must be having an issue" or "oops, please come back later" routine. I have to uninstall every time I need to modify a post so I don't get booted from the website back to this pathetic app, then reinstall for daily use -- and activity doesn't match up both places even though you have to pay for "premium membership" just to use the service.
